FAQ

    • Purchase by November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. New and inactive clients must activate by December 14, 2026. Current members may arrange a later start to complete an existing commitment.

    • Yes! After purchasing, email northoc@neaumixfit.com with the email address associated with your account, the studio where you purchased your package, and your preferred start date. Please note: Your package must begin by December 14, 2026. The only exception is for current members completing an existing membership commitment. Please contact us before purchasing so we can coordinate your start date.

    • Your package runs for three consecutive membership months from activation. Classes are issued monthly, not all at once. Standard rollover rules apply: one class for the 4 and 8 class plans, and up to two for the 12 class plan.

    • Limit one promotional package per person. Cannot be combined with other offers. Classes are subject to availability. Standard booking, cancellation, and no show policies apply. Grip socks are required. Unlimited All Access remains available at regular pricing.

      Please note: All purchases are final and nonrefundable. This package is valid for three consecutive months from your activation date and cannot be paused or extended for travel or personal scheduling. Please select your start date accordingly. If a medical circumstance arises, contact us to discuss available options.
